I found this beautiful tapestry looking sleeveless top, so I styled a "chic grandma goes to the city" look. Clearly I love a pair of flared jeans but for summer I swapped out of my full length denim for some Free People cropped flares (shop). I cut mine to hit right below my calf for a super flattering look, your ankles will look skinnier than ever before. I threw a Gap button down (shop) around my waist to break up the long line of the top, when you are as temperature confused as I am its always safe to have an extra layer hiding somewhere in your look. These platforms (shop) are amazing, they look just like Stella McCartney's but are about $900 less. Mine are two sizes to big but that was a risk I was willing to take, I buckled about 200 times while out in this look but it was worth it. My summer staple is Princess the Purse, I haven't left the house without her since I adopted her. The iridescent shine of the bag makes it fit any look, and the circular hardware coordinated nicely with my round sunnies (shop).
