Things to do: My mom and I snuck over to North Ave beach early one morning, the beach was completely empty and I felt like I was in another world.
On Thursday I performed at my last show of the school year at the Harris Theater! I don't really talk about dance on MerWaves but maybe I will add in more and more!
Eats and Treats: Monday I had a Memorial Day picnic for two up on the rooftop. Everything was vegan and from Whole Foods! 
One of my favorite meals of all time is from Osteria Via Stato, the ricotta cavatelli is happiness in the shape of a noodle. But honestly, the best part of the meal is their bread with olive oil and garlic.
I visited my Grandma in Evanston this week and we went to Frio for Gelato! I got chocolate chip with caramel on top of a scoop of banana *tongue emojis*. Although the gelato was delicious seeing my gramma was the best part.
I take my sandwiches very seriously. This sandwich from The Allis did not disappoint, it was stuffed with veggies. The Allis is on the first floor of the beautiful Soho House which is the most attractive place to hangout. 
This Weeks Top Pick: This week I went to Ginger Slam Nail Bar and fell in love! Not only do my nails look fantastic but I had the most amazing experience. The staff will make you feel like their BFF and the pedi chairs alone are worth a visit. I chose a bright red for my fingers and a pale pink on my toes!
